The holidays haven't even started and I already feel like I've been running around like a crazy person! Anyway, we have decided to take the plunge and move our littlest guy into a "big guy room"......wish us luck! He has been begging for a bed like his big bro's, so I guess now is as good a time as any. It will certainly make traveling much easier since we won't have to stake out a crib for every destination!
Here is a little glimpse into what I'm thinking for his new room!
This upholstered bed from Pottery Barn Kids in a full size mattress. I just love the nailhead detail around the edges.
Paired with this gingham sheeting in navy and a chamois stars duvet.....both are from Pottery Barn Kids. I have an addiction to any and all things with stars!
My mom recently gave us a beautiful antique chest of drawers and a white couch that I'll be putting in his room. I'm thinking about putting these two orange gourd lamps from Target!!! on the chest.
Finally, the couch will be filled with this throw from Ikea and these letter throw pillows from Land of Nod.
Obviously, there are some more details that need to be figured out, but I think most of the big stuff has been decided. What do you think? I'll share a picture when it's complete!
